Paul was upfront and honest with me from the beginning. He told me the total of my repair upfront and not a cent was added on top of that during pick up. My 12v battery in my hybrid went out. They could’ve easily told me that my whole hybrid battery would’ve had to be replaced and would’ve cost a lot more. There would have been no way of me knowing, but it turns out it was only the 12 V that is encased in the hybrid battery. They were able to take that out and replace just that most people don’t wanna deal with that because it is dangerous. It saved me a good amount of money and I’m grateful they were honest about it. They were fast about getting it fixed, and it was ready the day. They said it was gonna be ready to be picked up before closing. Paul was good about communicating and was very friendly. I would definitely take my car there again.

Fixed a bad wiring fault on my Ford Escape causing the engine to stutter and occasionally stall whilst driving. Two other shops and a Ford dealership failed to properly diagnose the issue for months but Paul and his crew figured it out the same day I brought it in. I was beginning to lose hope that maybe this problem was too big of a fish to fry and I was going to keep being dismissed with a problem left unsolved, but Dixon's was confident from the start that they knew exactly what it was. They really saved me from going deeper into car debt with this because Germain was going to charge me $4,000 to repair cam phasers and timing chains when that wasn't even the problem at all. Thankful to Dixon's Automotive for not dismissing the evidence at hand like the dealership did to me. They were quick, honest, and reasonably priced considering the situation. Also, may be worth noting for them that I wouldn't have known to bring it to Dixon's if it weren't for Claude recommending them to me as one of the best places in Dayton for servicing pesky electrical issues. So it looks like AI was pretty useful in this case!

Our car is running so much better! The new tires are great and the alignment is so perfect. It always pulled to the left and now it’s straight. I think you all did a great job. Thanks so much. I. Heikes

Randy was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Our car had a wheel bearing issue and rear breaks that needed immediate attention. We were able to get our car back within 2 days. Our car is now working perfectly! They inspect the car and then send you a text message with a link to a report of the health of your car. Really cool! Also, there's a cat that greets you at the door. Super friendly!

Randy...what can I say...excellent communication, friendly, and patient. I am a tinkerer, I like knowing whats going on out of pure curiousity...he kept me informed and explained everything. My wife needed a major repair on her Acadia. It ended up being the transmission. It was ordered, installed, and back in our possession within 4 days. I could go down the rabbit hole of explaining what was wrong and all the steps to figure out what it was and how to fix it, but I won't l. All I will say is, you get what you pay for. Dixxon's has earned a long term customer with their thoroughness, knowledge, and reasonable pricing (when it comes to service and repair, you get what you pay for...this was well worth it). Thanks again and we look forward to doing business with you in the future....every single time.
